Instilling abundant confidence to the bravehearts of the nation, the prime minister Mr Narendra Modi paid a surprise visit to Nimu, 11,000 feet up in the Himalayas and on the banks of the river Indus. The PM was accompanied by Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, and Army Chief General MM Naravane.

Addressing the soldiers, Modi said their bravery and courage is unparalleled. He compared their valour with the great peaks in the mountain ranges.

And then, the PM issued a much needed warning to China that indulged in violent face-off at the Galwan Valley and made 20 unarmed soldiers of India killed.

"The days of expansionism are over. We are the people who pray for flute playing Krirshna. And we are also the same people who pray to the same Krishna holding Sudarshan Chakra," Modi warned China.

With his unexpected and unprecedented gesture, Modi has not only instilled confidence among the great soldiers but also, 1.3 billion Indians. As such, is felt as high as a sky while delivering the speech at 11000 feet up in the Himalayas.
