Tollywood Fascination With Numbers

Filmmakers use their creativity to come with attractive and interesting titles to attract the attention of movie lovers. While few titles reveal the story, others maintain secrecy increasing the interest.

Of late it seems Filmmakers are doing jugglery with numbers to attract movie lovers. Tollywood already witnessed the release of films titled Three Monkeys, Palasa 1978 and 302.

More than ten such films are waiting in the wings to attract movie lovers on the screen. Anchor Pradeep's debut film 30 Rojullo Preminchatam Ela is releasing on March 25th. Director Sukumar turned producer and attracted the attention of all with Kumari 21F. Now Palnati Surya Pratap who directed Kumari 21F is teaming up with Nikhil and the film is crazily named as 18 Pages.

Sumanth Ashwin's film produced by Dandupaylam fame Srinivasa Rao is named as 18 Plus. In the meantime, Bollywood is coming with film '83' paying tributes to the Indian Cricket team which won the first world cup in 1983 under the captaincy of Kapil Dev.

Sundeep Kishan's sports-based entertainer is named as A1 express. Lavanya Tripathi is starring in the film directed by Dennis Jeevan Kanukolanu. Singer cum actor Noel is coming up with a film titled 14 which is directed by Madupuri Kiran Kumar. Ratan and Vishaka are starring in the film directed by Lakshmi Srinivas.

Films with crazy titles 1992, April 28 Em Jarigindi, S5-No Exit, Rupam S 20 Plus, SR Kalyanamandapam, Established 1975 are readying for release. BA Raju's son Shiva is making his director with an action thriller 22. Rupesh is playing the role of a police officer. Rana and Sai Pallavi are starring in Virataparvam 1992 under the direction of Venu Udugula.
