YSRCP Can't Pluck Even a Single Hair of TDP?

Ever since assuming power post the general elections, 2019, the ruling YSCRP has kept on targeting the Tdp alleging that the yellow party indulged in various corruption practices during its regime. 

YCP alleged that the Tdp indulged in thousands of crores corruption through insider trading in Amaravati. Furthermore, the YSRCP tried to dig out the corruption activities of the Tdp in Polavaram project. 

And recently, YCP scathed the Tdp after the income tax sleuths disclosed Rs.2000 crore unaccounted money was seized from a prominent personality's (CBN?) PA. 

However, despite making several allegations on the Tdp's corruption, none of the Tdp's top leaders including CBN and Lokesh was arrested so far. Unless any legal actions are taken against the Tdp, it'd be a useless practice making corruption claims on the Tdp. 

On the other hand, it's suspected both the Tdp and the YCP have mutual understanding between them. According to it, both YCP and Tdp may go beyond the limits making accusations on one another. But then, YCP shouldn't take any sort of legal action on the Tdp's head as the Tdp never had let YS Jagan arrested by the police. The prime purpose of their hidden collaboration is that the state would be ruled by either the Tdp or the YCP forever. Blah!! Blah!!! what a wonderful coordination!!!
