Is Flexing Muscles Amounts To Heroism?
Almost all the heroes ahead of their film release claim that they did a never seen before role and the story is a completely novel and different genre, never touched upon earlier.
But movie lovers who happen to watch the films after the release much to their disbelief get a shock to find out nothing new but routine stuff in the story, screenplay, and direction. Except for a few scenes and twists, everything looks routine with similar stunts, mannerisms, and hero thrashing goons before the interval and in the climax.
This makes many wonder whether flexing muscles amounts to heroism. Almost all stars flex their muscles, sometimes flaunt their six-packs to attract masses. The question is they don't have anything else to attract masses except for flexing muscles, mass songs, high octane scenes, heroines glamor?
Many feel that the makers are insulting the intelligence of the movie lovers by categorizing into mass and class, B,C, and A centers. Films like Bichagadu stole the hearts of all despite no mass elements and one should realize the strong story, gripping screenplay and twists are vital to scoring hits and there could be no better comparison than the results of Baahubali and Saaho.
Prabhas flaunted his six-pack abs in both the films but while Baahubali created wonders with a strong story, Saaho disappointed with routine elements.
