Sye Raa Gets Low TRP Ratings
Usually, films premiere in small screens during big holiday seasons like Sankranthi, Dussehra and summer get good TRP ratings and star hero films will obviously receive record TV ratings. Shockingly, megastar Chiranjeevi’s most ambitious film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy got very poor response for his first television premiere in Gemini TV.
Sye Raa was telecasted recently during Sankranthi and the film attained 11.8 TV rating with 8741 impressions. Curiously, the film’s Tamil television premiere in Sun TV got 15.4 TRP rating. The Kannada premiere also got lukewarm response with 6.3 TVR.
Varun Tej’s last fiolm Gaddalakonda Ganesh got better rating than Sye Raa. The Harish Shankar directed film got 12.75 with 9125 impressions. While Gaddalakonda Ganesh was premiered on weekend (Sunday), Sye Raa was premiered on normal day.
