Besides Venky’s, Annayya Lined Up 4 Remakes

Suresh Productions is one of the biggest and oldest production houses in the history of Tollywood. Late Ramanaidu made high budget entertainers with several stars of Telugu cinema. Taking mantle from his father, Suresh Babu is also producing films, but not at the same pace.

However, of late, Suresh Babu lined up multiple projects. We can expect five to six releases in the year of 2020. Interesting aspect is among these most of them will be remakes.

As is known, Venkatesh who is enjoying the success of Venky Mama made under his home production will be starring in Asuran remake which will be helmed by Srikanth Addala. The film will start rolling from early next year. Currently, the makers are in search of a female lead and artists to play other prominent roles.

Suresh Productions also has remakes of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and recent hit Dream Girl. Besides these, remakes of two Korean films are in pipeline. They are expected to make an announcement on these projects perhaps in January.

It is known that, the production house successfully remade Oh Baby that starred Samantha in lead role. Apparently, Suresh Babu feels that remaking is a safe bet right now!
