Tollywood director shocked Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and the makers of his upcoming entertainer Jhund by sending them legal notices.

Jhund is an upcoming entertainer based on Viuay Barse, a Nagpur based retired sports teacher and founder of NGO Slum Soccer. Jhund stars Amitabh Bachchan in the lead with Akash Thosar, Rinku Rajguru in important roles under the direction of Nagraj Manjule.

Nandi Chinni Kumar, Hyderabad based short filmmaker sent legal notices to Amitabh Bachchan, director Nagraj Manjule, producer Krishan Kumar, T-Series chairman and managing director Bhushan Kumar, Bachchan, along with Akhilesh Paul and Vijay Barse alleging copyright infringement.

He said he planned a biopic titled Slum Soccer on Paul, who was the Indian Captain at the Homeless World Cup and said that he bought the exclusive copyrights from Paul under 'Life Story Rights Agreement'. He said Paul signed the NOC and he alleged that Paul went back on his promise and entered into another agreement with the Jhund producers.

He said he sent several emails to Jhund producers but they did not respond. He said he will soon move to court seeking its directions to stop the screening of Jhund in theatres.
