Balakrishna Or NTR, Who Will Do It?

Legendary actor, former AP CM NTR created many sensations in films and politics. NTR romanced many star heroines in his career and few of them showed their power in politics just like he did.

It is known that Kollywood is coming with biopics on former TN CM Jayalalithaa who was also an actress. Kangana Ranaut is starring in the biopic titled Thalaivi under the direction of AL Vijay. Aravind Swamy is playing the role of MGR, former TN CM and mentor of Jayalalithaa.

NTR and Jayalalithaa starred in many blockbuster films and now the makers are planning to showcase the role played by NTR in Jayalalithaa's life. They are looking for an actor who can star in NTR's role in the film and the makers planned to rope in either Natasimha Balakrishna or Young Tiger NTR for the role.

It is not clear whether Balakrishna will accept to star in his dad's role as he burnt his hands with a biopic on his dad NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu which turned out to be biggest disasters in his career.

The makers feel NTR with a striking resemblance to his grandfather would suit the role. But the question is whether NTR will agree to star in his grandfather's role. A source shares “Efforts to rope in Jr NTR have already been initiated by director AL Vijay and producer Vishnu Induri. Although too premature to comment, things look positive.”

Interestingly, NTR refused to reprise his grandfather in Savitri biopic Mahanati. Will he accept this time?
