Tollywood is embracing beauties from various regions giving red carpet welcome. Even beauties are fascinated with Tollywood as they consider it as a stepping stone to Bollywood.

Many beauties are even considering settling in Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad) and for that; they are even acquiring their own houses. Gone are the days when beauties from other regions used to shoot for a few days and fly away to their respective places.

During those days, producers used to bear the expenses of their flight tickets, stay in star hotels and other expenses. If such things happen now, hotel expenses alone come to Rs 4-6 lakhs.

So heroines too started thinking cleverly. They started renting a flat in Hyderabad and producers should pay the rent for the flat during the shooting time.

But even that strategy stopped and now heroines who are becoming busy after scoring a couple of hits in Tollywood are now considering owning a flat. Anushka in the early stage of her career bought a house in Hyderabad. Other beauties drew inspiration from Anushka and did the same.

Rakul Preet Singh shifted her base to Hyderabad and is staying in her own house along with her family members. Raashi Khanna, Lavanya Tripathi, Anu Emmanuel, Catherine Tresa, Avika Gor, Regina Cassandra have own flats in Hyderabad. Rashmika is currently staying in a rented apartment along with her family members and is planning to buy a house.

Most of the heroines cannot stay away from their family members and at the same time cannot strain themselves by traveling to and fro to Hyderabad from their places. So they are acquiring their own houses.

This doesn't mean that producers are saved from their lodging and boarding expenses. Though many of them are staying in their own houses, they are charging the producers all the hotel expenses. They are demanding to increase their remuneration reminding them that they are saving their lodging and boarding expenses.
