Tamil Hero Crashes Nag's Dreams

Nagarjuna who is set to entertain movie lovers with his upcoming entertainer Manmadhudu 2, planned to do projects in other languages and expand his horizons as he has nothing to fear.

As such he is doing a Bollywood film Brahmastra and even signed a film titled Rudra in Kollywood. Fans got super excited with these two projects as both are multi starrers.

Rudra was launched by none other than Dhanush who planned to direct the film which generated interest as it had a star cast of SJ Surya, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aravind Swami and planned with a budget of Rs 70crs.

The makers planned to cast Super Star Rajinikanth but since he was unavailable, they turned on to Nagarjuna who got excited and even participated in the first schedule.

When everyone thought that the film will be a special one in Nag's career, shocking news came out that the project was shelved. Nagarjuna during his interactions with the scribes revealed, “My film with Dhanush got shelved. The makers shot for 35 days, but I do not know what happened later. I was shocked."

About Brahmastra he said, “This is a very great film. Every role will be wonderful. That is why I am starring in it. Shooting is still underway and my role will be surprising."
