Jaan To Decide Prabhas Stamina, Not Saaho

Pre-release business will not decide market range and stamina of a star. But, it reflects the result and box office collections of particular hero’s last movie. Trade analysts say that, a hero’s market range can be calculated with box office performance of his film that receives mixed to negative talk.

Coming to actual point, Young Rebel Star Prabhas will have litmus test with his next two outings. In a gap of few months, Prabhas will have two releases- Saaho and Jaan (tentatively titled). Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho will be hitting the screens on August 15th. Radha Krishna Kumar directing Jaan will see the theaters in first half of 2020.

Given that, Prabhas’s last film Baahubali series was a humongous hit, expectations are sky high on Saaho. The film indeed is doing remarkable pre-release business. Including theatrical, digital and other rights, Saaho will fetch around 300 to 350 crores.

In fact, Saaho will start off to great openings and it will surely break many previous box office records. Action movie lovers will undoubtedly love the film, owing to high octane action scenes composed by Hollywood choreographers. Even with mixed talk, Saaho will become a winner at box office. However, the film will have long run, only if it gets positive talk post release.

But, the real test for Prabhas will be with Jaan. The film’s director Radha Krishna tasted bitter result with his debut directorial Jil and buzz is a bit low on it for now. However, prospects would change after they release any promotional content.

Owing to many reasons, Jaan will not make astounding business in the range of Saaho. Moreover, the film may have negative impact if Saaho will not meet the expectations. So, Jaan will be a real test for Prabhas, regarding his box office stamina.
