Secret Behind Super Hit Song Revealed!

Yesteryear comedian Babu Mohan starred in many hilarious roles and stole the hearts of all with his antics. However, his song with top actress Soundarya in Rajendra Prasad's starrer Mayalodu created a sensation. The song Chinuku Chinuku left all stunned with Babu Mohan's dancing moves and Soundarya's beauty.

Speaking about it Babu Mohan said, “The song was not planned at first. The film's shooting and dubbing were completed and even the first copy was ready. Later, Krishna Reddy and Achi Reddy decided to shoot the song on me. When I was in Chennai, They asked me to come to Hyderabad the next day informing that there would be a song shoot in Sarathi Studios the next morning. When I was surprised, they said 'You can do.'

I went to Sarathi Studios the next day. Arrangements were in full swing for the song shoot and I was received and given the costumes. Rajendra Prasad, Kota Srinviasa Rao, Brahmanandam were standing there. Actually the song was supposed to be shot on Rajendra Prasad and Soundarya. But something happened and I am not concerned about it. When I came in front of the camera, everyone looked at me in a different manner. They looked as though, 'A song for him with a heroine? Let's see how he does? After few shots were canned, when I looked around, Kota, Rajendra Prasad and Brahmanandam were not there. They left the scene. You know how much response the song got in the theatres from the movie lovers."

Currently, Babu Mohan is busy in politics and is not taking up any political assignments.
