I’m Doing A Bollywood Film: Prabhas

Young Rebel Star Prabhas who attained international stardom with Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali is slowly and steadily shedding away his shy attitude. Following the growing demand from his fans, he entered Instagram and even before the first post, got 7 lakhs followers.

Speaking to scribes, Prabhas after turning emotional about his Baahubali journey raved about Saaho, Mumbai and Shraddha Kapoor. He said, “I have finally joined Instagram, so that is my first step. Being shy is just my nature. Nothing else."

He said Baahubali became a bench mark in his life and said he was honored to be part of Rajamouli's vision. On his Bollywood debut and rumors that he rejected Karan Johar's offer, he revealed, “Not just this, I also came across rumors of me turning down Karan Johar's film. However, there is no truth to it."

Speaking about Saaho he said, "Saaho is a Bollywood film and it is a full-fledged thriller. Unlike Baahubali, Saaho is not just dubbed in Hindi, but is also simultaneously being shot in Hindi. So I am already doing a Bollywood film. I haven't signed any Bollywood film. I surely am interested to do more projects. The content matters, not where it comes from. Ultimately, the audiences should be happy and satisfied."

On shooting in Mumbai, he raved saying, "Mumbai has a feel of its own and I love it. The shoot has commenced and I am very excited to shoot at locations such as Karjat. For Saaho, we did a lot of rehearsals, and safety precautions were the top priority on the sets. The plan is to deliver the best to the audience with some fresh action sequences so that they see something new."

On leaving many projects for Baahubali, he said, "If the script demands, I would certainly do so. I believe in dedicating my time and efforts to limited projects at a time as a film requires immense hard work. I choose films that resonate with me instead of signing multiple films at a time."

Speaking about his co-star Shraddha Kapoor, shy Rebel Star raved saying, "Shraddha is a lovely girl and we have had a great time on the shoot, so far. The whole process of making Saaho is very close to my heart and the preparations are in full swing."
