Anushka, Nayan Gave Her Courage

Chennai beauty Trisha is known for her stellar performances romancing top stars in the south. Currently she is busy realizing her dream of romancing Super Star Rajinikanth in his upcoming action entertainer Petta which is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Kartik Subbaraj of Pizza fame. 

Speaking to scribes, Trisha became nostalgic and recollected her school days. When asked the reason behind doing horror films, she said, “I questioned myself whether I can do female oriented films just like Nayanatara and Anushka who succeeded in them and finally decided to go ahead."

When asked whether they are her inspiration, she replied, “Not like that but I got courage after seeing them. I am not sure how many people I scared with my role in Nayaki. But during my school days, everyone used to get scared of me. All used to call me 'Trisha is terror'. Since I terrorized many in my school days, I decided to do the horror film with the confidence that I can scare people.”
