Indian filmmakers usually take inspiration from Hollywood or other language films to narrate them in their own perspective. When there was no accessibility of internet, nobody knows whether director has copied a scene or a complete film from other language. But, today, copycats can’t escape from netizens.

Director Trivikram Srinivas in an interview long ago stated that, people are easily identifying if anything is copied from other film. So, he opined filmmakers should come up with new concepts. But, this same person is alleged to have lifted concepts from Hollywood movies.

Most of his films are highly inspired and he faced plagiarism allegations many a times. French screenwriter and director Jerome Salle after watching Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi claimed that the plot was lifted from his film and he threatened to take legal action. But, the issue has been resolved behind closed doors.

Popular novelist Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani was not given the due credit for using story of her novel Meen for A Aa. Later, Trivikram came up with a clarification which didn’t at all was convincing.

Now, Trivikram has been facing plagiarism claims once again for his new outing NTR starrer Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. Few scenes in the film were allegedly copied from Hollywood flick The Family. Few also claim that, Aravinda Sametha has shades of Trivikram’s own film Athadu and Koratala Siva directed Mirchi.

Freshly, a writer named Vempalli Gangadharam alleged that, Trivikram copied his Mondi Kathi idea for Aravinda Sametha. Interestingly, the writer hailing from Rayalaseema has deleted his post in Facebook for no reason.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun fans are requesting the actor to drop his plans to work with Trivikram Srinivas. It has to be seen whether Bunny will look for other option or go with Trivikram.
