Will This Omen Work For Aravinda Sametha?

Tollywood is a place where actors and filmmakers believe in sentiments. Irrespective of result, director Trivikram Srinivas too follows a sentiment. The director feels the word ‘A’ as a positive omen for him. Out of nine directorial films including the latest one with young tiger Jr NTR, five of his films start with the word ‘A’ such as Athadu, Attarintiki Daredi, A Aa, Agnyaathavaasi and now Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava.

Athadu with Mahesh Babu was an average grosser, though the film did wonders in small screen with good TRP rating whenever it was screened in TVs for ages. Attarintiki Daredi with Pawan Kalyan went onto become an industry hit and the record was unbroken for a long time. A Aa as we all know is the biggest hit for Nithin. The film collected a worldwide share of Rs 40 Crores for full run which was a great attainment for the actor. Unfortunately, Trivikram’s last movie Agnyaathavaasi with Pawan Kalayn ended as a debacle at box office.

Seems like, Trivikram hopes ‘A’ sentiment will give positive result this time for NTR starrer Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava which is in production stages. The first look poster of the film showed NTR in never seen before massy avatar as a factionist leader donning six pack abs. Pooja Hegde is female lead opposite NTR in the film which is expected to hit the screens for Dussehra.
