Actress Urges To Chop Off Rapist Organ

A nine year old girl was sexually assaulted by a 50 year old man named Subbaiah in Dacheppali village in Guntur district on Wednesday. Soon after committing the offence, the accused who lived alone, fled. The locals who found the girl in an unconscious state, alerted the police who immediately shifted her to Guntur General Hospital, where she is recuperating.

On Thursday, locals razed the house of the accused and observed a bandh in the town. They demanded that the alleged rapist be arrested immediately and hanged to death on the streets. The police intervened and pacified the villagers, assuring them that the accused would be arrested and stringent punishment would be given to him.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has instructed officials to ensure that the accused is arrested at the earliest.

Telugu actress Poonam Kaur who is shaken by the incident urged that the rapist’s organ should be chopped off. “This uncontrollable sexual and animal instincts of few men is making life horrible ,,,, if all of this is true ..this man should b hanged till death in front of public ... your mind should b chopped along the organ which makes u a male not a man ...”

Last week, the Union Cabinet promulgated an ordinance to punish child rapists with death penalty under the amended Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
