Nagarjuna becomes 'Bommarillu' Prakashraj!?

Akkineni Nagarjuna, most handsome and senior actor of Tollywood has rendered good number of hits with a variety of movies. Incidentally for his generation, Nagarjuna alone is credited as an actor who has secured the chance of portraying different kind of roles ranging from mass characters in movies like ‘Allari Alludu, Gharana Bullodu’ to divine characters like ‘Ramadasu, Annamayya’ and class characters in movies like ‘Criminal, Geethanjali, Shiva’ to comedy characters like ‘Hello Brother, Manmadhudu.’

With advent of new generation directors and heroes, it may be applicable not only to Nagarjuna alone but for every senior actor to give side for the younger generation to perform and prove themselves. Few reliable sources say that, Nagarjuna’s involvement not alone in his self projects but also in his kids’ projects is getting overwhelmed that Director’s are unable to give their best shot for the movies.

For any reason, if the above statement is considered to be a gossip but the successive average run of movies like ‘King, Don’ and failures like ‘Boss, Kedi, Krishnarjuna’ of Nagarjuna and failure of ‘Josh’ from Naga Chaitanya prove that Nag’s involvement is unabated. Even Filmnagar source clear that, Music Director Sandeep Chowtha who is a close aide of Nagarjuna has played a key role in disastrous performance of ‘Josh’ and ‘Kedi’ with sluggish music.

So, by any chance if our assumption is true, let seniors give a chance for youngsters to prove. Seniors judgment may not be true in every case as the tastes of audience are dynamic and may not cater the audience of present times. If by any reason, Nagarjuna is like an overtly caring father resembling Prakashraj in Bommarillu, it is the time to change themselves and show their love in some other way but not profession wise.
