Music director Thaman carved out a niche in his comfortable segment in his new film Mahanubhavudu starred by Sharwanand. The movie is hitting screens on September 29 as a Dussehra gift for audience.
As we all know, Prince Mahesh Babu's Spyder and Young Tiger NTR's Jai Lava Kusa are also releasing in the same season. Kollywood's top musician Harris Jairaj composed tunes for Spyder while Tollywood's top musician Devi Sri Prasad scored tunes for Jai Lava Kusa.
Incidentally, both Spyder and Jai Lava Kusa's audio albums received mixed reports initially though they are getting decent response now.&nbsp;
Thaman, however, ensured that all six songs to be winning the applause of music lovers. Mellifluous vocals of the singers for these songs appeared awesome to listen to them on repeat mode. 'Eppudaina' was the best melody in the audio sung by Swetha Pandit. Sirivennela Seetharamashastry's lyrics make you go euphonious. 'Rendu Kallu' was another soft and sweet melody sung by Armaan Malik.
'Kiss me baby', 'My love is back' and 'Bhamalu Bhamalu' songs have been foot tapping. Title song Mahanubhavudu has been an inspiration of classical song Gandhamu pooyarugaa. Also, this song goes as Bhale Bhale Magadivoy film's classical song style.
Now that all six songs of Mahanubhavudu stood as rocking hits among music lovers, Thaman, obviously, appeared to have posed a huge challenge to Devi Sri Prasad and Harris Jairaj for this Dussehra season.
Of course, music lovers have already rated it as one of the best music albums in Thaman's career.

Director Ramana Reddy Soma got the optimum output from the cast and crew, and Hari Munnangi, Sasidhar Kocharlakota, and Manoj came up with spirited performances.The story is simple, but Ramana Reddy, with his screenplay, turned the film into an entertaining one blending humour, emotions, and Deccani dialogues in an effective way. However, predictability crept in with the passage of time, and the unidimensional screenplay hampered the proceedings. The rushed climax did not add much value to the ending. A little fine-tuning of the script and inclusion of a few more twists and turns would have added more power to the final impact. The first half sails off smoothly with the typical introduction of the protagonist in a commercial mass manner and carries it in the same manner. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. While one song is emotional, the other two songs are foot-tapping. His background music is in sync with the story. Vinod Bangari's cinematography is quite good. He showed the rural atmosphere in Telangana in a natural and realistic manner. Srujan Adusumilli's editing could have been far better as there are many repetitive scenes that dragged the pace of the narration. Dialogues are natural and hard-hitting. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. Many expected things to change after Vishal who was seen as a honest and innocent medical representive gets trageted. But nothing of that sorts happen and the entry of other Vishal character is expected to change the proceedings at least in the second half. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. The climax fight looked silly and illogical leaving all shocked. The story is outdated and screenplay and direction didnot inspire any confidence.GV. Prakash Kumar's music offered nothing new. The interval block sets the stage for the second half. While the screenplay is racy and narration is quite fast paced in the first half, the second half narration slides down with monotonous elements. The preachy dialogues and repetitive scenes put off viewers. Finally the movie ends in a predictable manner.The music of Charan Arjun is good. The title song already became a chartbuster and it is choreographed in a good way on the screen. His background music is in sync with the story. Marthand K Venkatesh's editing is quite good in the first half. The pace in the second half dips due to repetitive scenes and intense emotions. He could have done away with the repetitive scenes. The cinematography of Rudra Sai is good. He showed the rural village atmosphere in a natural and rustic manner. The overdoing of bold scenes involving minors with just a statutory warning that it is a crime under POCSO act will put off right thinking people. Many will be under the impression that the makers included these scenes to attract genex viewers and then wash off their hands with a message in the climax. A little finetuning of the script, and attention to the second half would have added more power to the final output. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 1.5 rating for Husharu Pittalu.

In a shocking update a case against top producer Dil Raju was registered at Madhupur police station. A woman named Syamala Rani who lodged the complaint at Madhapur PS claimed that she was the original writer of Dil Raju's production venture Mr Perfect.

Following the complained lodged by Syamala, the police have registered a case against Dil Raju under Section 120 A, 415, 420 Section 63 of Copyright Act.

Directed by Dasarath Mr Perfect was released in the month of August in 2011 and stood as a decent hit at the box office.
