BB 2: Unexpected Threat from Dangal!

On its way of breaching Rs.1000 crores gross mark, 'Baahubali 2' smashed the full run records of 'PK' and 'Dangal' which earlier amassed Rs.700+ crores each. Nevertheless, here is an unexpected threat to 'Baahubali 2' from 'Dangal'. 

As we know, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' collected Rs.715 crores gross and won accolades of critics. And now, the film is being planned for a humongous release in China in 9000 screens. Hitherto, Aamir's 'PK' got released in the same country in 4000 screens and minted Rs.100 crores collections. If at all 'Dangal' registers a success, the film may accumulate breathtaking collections in the country, which may take up the total gross of the film to Rs.1000 crores. 

Whatsoever, above assumptions on Dangal may or may not come into reality. Since 'Baahubali 2' is expected to be grossed Rs.1200 crores, chances are bleak for 'Dangal' to breach 'Baahubali 2'.
