Jyo Achyuthananda And SVSC - Are They Different?

Dil Raju has an uncanny tang for family emotions. Almost all his super hit films were wholesome family entertainers. In fact, he revived the age old tradition of fusing two biggest Tollywood stars Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu with Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. In spite of waging on action based commercial subject, Dil Raju’s credence on middle class family emotions in between two affectionate siblings spurred SVSC to unfold as a milestone project in Tollywood. However, Dil Raju suffocated a lot on this project’s budget as production value raised steep to Rs. 40+ Crores.

Sai Korrapati of Varahi Chalanachitram banner has more homogeneity with Dil Raju’s passion. His latest released Jyo Achyuthananda is called as a redecorated version to SVSC. Director Avasarala Srinivas prospered his run on an evergreen brother sentiment.

The distinctive feature differentiating Jyo from SVSC is budget. While Dil Raju invested Rs. 40+ Crores, apparently Sai enveloped Jyo in one eighth of SVSC with in a meager budget, of course the star cast dissension matters.

As far as emotional drive is weighed, audience connected well with both movies. If Anjali was the show stealer in SVSC, Regina glowed in Jyo Achyuthananda. Peddodu, Chinnodu there are Achyuth and Anand here. Art department work and publicity posters also have sameness.

Parallel films like these two disclose a fact that interchangeable middle class family emotions are best selling USPs in Telugu film industry. Budgetary limitations alone determine their success span.
