Maverick director Puri Jagannadh has revealed a very interesting and important point in his latest release 'Jyothilakshmi'. As we know, Charmme played a rebellious character in this female centric movie. During her confrontation with the villain, she utters a thought provoking dialogue which is as follows.

"Manushulake kaadhu aa Devudu ki kooda aada Pillalu ante chulakana.... andhuke ye duvudu ki aada Pillalu leru."

Truly our gods have no daughters. For an instance, Rama has two sons Luv and Kush. Krishna has Pradyumna as his son, lord Shiva has Ganesha, Kumara Swamy and some other sons. And the list goes on and nowhere do we find a daughter for any god. However, Puri didn't touch the point that the wives of gods such as lakshmi, Parvathi, Saraswathi are great goddesses. In the meanwhile, 'Jyothilakshmi' got superb openings due to aggressive promotions by the makers.
