The former union minister and Megastar Chiranjeevi is going to get a rare honour from SIIMA( South Indian International Movie Awards). Going by the reports, SIIMA in association with The Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Malaysia, will host its 3rd edition in Kuala Lumpur on 12th and 13th of September, 2014. 

The Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Malaysia has extended their warm invitation to Mr. Chiranjeevi to felicitate him on being the brand Ambassador of South Indian Cinema and would honor him for his contribution towards Indian Tourism. During his tenure, as the Minister for Tourism with the Govt of India,MrChiranjeevi had the credit of bringing on, landing Visas for tourists visiting India from over 140 different countries. A primary unit in enrooting the Tourism division of India and boosting it to new heights.

Mohamed Nazri Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister for Tourism and Culture, Malaysia stated, “I am delighted to welcome Mr Chiranjeevi, to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in conjunction with SIIMA 2014. I would like to extend my heartiest gratitude, for his presence here, to join us in this prestigious event that we are hosting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the Sept 12th and 13th, 2014. “

Chiranjeevi has given his consent to be a part of the event.This is certainly, another feather in Chiranjeevi's cap.
