Renowned comedian and film maker Jaspal Bhatti died in a road accident near Shahkot at 3am on Thursday, 25th October. He is 57. Bhatti was in rear seat and his son, Jasraj was driving when the accident took place. Jasraj, the heroine of the film Surili and Bhatti's media adviser Navneet too, were severely injured and their condition, now, is critical. They were actually, on their way to Jalandhar to promote their new  movie 'Power Cut'.

As we know, Jaspal Bhatti is a famous television personality and who got fame through his satirical programmes such as 'Ulta Pulta', 'Flop Show', which were telecasted in 90s  in Dooradarshan. Cinejosh pays condolences to the members of the family of Bhatti.
