Is He Rajamouli's Favourite Hero?

The director turned producer Rajamouli's 'Andala Rakshasi' was released on 10th August. As per the story, some of the scenes of the movie had to be shot for the period 1991-92. The director was successful in bringing out the feel of the 1990s look to the movie in those scenes. "Being one of the producers of the movie, some of the scenes were shot, based on the tastes of Rajamouli. Perhaps, Dasari Narayana Rao is the favourite director to Rajamouli, as Dasari's 'Udayam' newspaper  was shown in one of the scenes, instead of the number one daily, 'Eenadu'. In addition to that, Superstar Krishna's 'Vennelainaa..cheekatainaa' song from 'Pachchani Samsaram' was heard in one more scene. As Rajamouli revealed Krishna as his favourite hero in one of his past interviews, obviously he recommended to incorporate Krishna's song.", observed the analysts. 

Naveen, Rahul and Lavanya made their debut as the actors through this movie. Radhan has given the music. Murali's cinematography received good appreciation from the audiences. Hanu Raghavapudi directed this movie.
