Is 'Daridra Rathna' title registered?

Few days ago, we have seen ex-PRP leader Shobha Rani damaging the furniture in Film Chamber office regarding the basis for registration of controversial title like ‘Bezawada Rowdeelu’ that is insulting the sentiments of people in temple town of Vijaywada. Inner sources say, same such interesting title is registered by Chamber few days ago and that happens to be ‘Daridra Rathna’ with a caption ‘Veedo Pedda Shani Gadu.’

Although matter behind this title justification can’t be spoken in public but some of the big wigs in industry are known to have shown their power thus blacklisting this title. Well, cine sources are bumbling on for a debate to discuss the basis and guidelines of Film Chamber in allowing these titles enter their office books. Really are there any rules of such nature?
