Ram Charan And Sukumar Film Will Be A Single Part Movie

Ram Charan will next team up with director Sukumar for a film tentatively titled RC17. Reports suggest the script is nearly complete and an official announcement is expected soon. The project will be a single-part stylish urban action thriller made in Sukumar’s signature layered screenplay style. Shooting may begin in November.
RC17 marks the reunion of Charan and Sukumar after their 2018 blockbuster Rangasthalam. That village drama, starring Samantha, Aadhi Pinisetty, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj, was a massive hit and won critical acclaim. This time, the duo shifts to a contemporary setting with high-octane action sequences.
Reports suggest Dhurandhar music director Sashwatha Sachdeva is being considered as the music composer for RC17, adding more hype to the project. The plot is being kept under wraps, but sources say it will feature a sleek urban backdrop, stylish fights, and Sukumar’s trademark twists. Casting details are expected with the formal launch.
The buzz around RC17 comes after Charan’s success with Peddi directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The film collected over ₹400 crore worldwide and around ₹250 crore net in India across 123,607 shows. It also starred Janhvi Kapoor, Ravi Kishan and Boman Irani.
