Mumbai cops register case on Dhurandhar makers

The makers of Dhurandhar today released the teaser of the sequel, Dhurandhar Revenge which is going viral on social media. The film directed by Aditya Dhar is releasing on 19 March 2026.

In the meantime, the makers landed in soup when the Mumbai cops registered a case against them. . The case was registered on February 1 at the MRA Marg police station, following alleged violations during the film's ongoing shoot.

A legal action was initiated against the location manager of Dhurandhar team by flying a drone at the high security Fort area , South Mumbai with out obtaining prior permission.

According to officials, a first information report (FIR) was filed against Rinku Rajpal Valmiki under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for "willful disobedience to lawful orders of authority," as cited in the complaint. Police documents indicate that the crew failed to secure the required permissions before deploying aerial equipment for filming sequences.

Trouble began when Sanjay Dutt and other crew members started shooting for the third day in the area. The police intervention came after observing unauthorised drone activity during this schedule.
