The film was supposed to release during Diwali last year but the extensive CG and VFX work forced the makers to look for the new date. They did not consider Pongal race as already Vijay's Jana Nayagan and Sivakarthikeyan's Parasakthi are releasing.

Now, speculation is increasing over the film's release. Inside talk is the makers are planning to release the film during February 2026. Popular distributor Tirupur Subramaniam shared I spoke to SR Prabhu regarding releasing the film for Pongal. However, he said that two big films are already hitting screens during the time. 'If we also join the race, it wouldn't be good as theatrical revenue and screens would be split. Hence, we are planning for a February release,' he told me. So, you can expect the film towards the end of January or February."

Trisha is the female lead in the film while Indrans, Mansoor Ali Khan, Natty, Swaswika, Anagha Maya Ravi, Supreeth Reddy, and Sshivada are playing important roles. Sai Abhyankar is the music director for the film produced by Dream Warrior Pictures' SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu.
