Breaking: Akhanda 2 financial hurdles put a question mark over its release

Fans and movie lovers got a huge shock when the makers of Balakrishna's Akhanda2 Thaandavam couple of hours back announced the cancellation of premiers planned across the country.

14 Reels Plus banner revealed the technical issues spoiled all their plans and the overseas premiers planned for 4 December will be as per schedule. They posted  "#Akhanda2 Premieres in India scheduled for today are cancelled due to technical issues. We've tried our best, but a few things are beyond our control. Sorry for the inconvenience.The overseas premieres will play as per the schedule today"

But now, inside talk is coming that Akhanda2 makers landed in financial problems and as the makers failed to clear the dues, the Qube, UFO , EPIQ and other format drives didnot reach all the locations where the premiers are planned across the world.

This puts questionmark over the film's smooth release even tomorrow 5 December 2025. It has to be seen how the makers sort out the issue and ensure the film's smooth release atleast tomorrow.

The film is carrying huge expectations as it is the sequel to the hit film Akhanda and is directed by Boyapati Srinu. The film is also releasing not only in Telugu but also in Hindi and other langauges and also in 3D format. The film stars Samyukta, Aadi Pinisetty in key roles and Thaman is the music director.
