Former minister and senior Praja Rajyam Party leader Kotagiri Vidyadhar Rao on Tuesday saw specific indications of a conspiracy behind the attacks made by Congress supporter and actor Dr Rajasekhar and his actor wife Jeevitha.

Commenting on the attacks made by the Chiranjeevi baiters Rajasekhar and Jeevitha, Vidyadhar said there seems to be a planned campaign against the Prp supremo which is clear by the way they turned an auditorium of the AP Film Chamber into a political forum by launching a tirade against the Magastar on Monday. The couple violated the rules of the chamber by holding a political press meet at the auditorium although they said they will talk about their upcoming movie. But they kept on  attacking the Prp president Chiranjeevi, Rao said.

The couple did not keep quite. After Monday night's press meet by the megastar, the couple went to several TV channels on Tuesday and resumed their bashing against Chiranjeevi, Rao said adding they were acting at some one else's behest, obviously for political reasons.

Irked by statewide Prp workers' protest, the actor couple said Chiranjeevi had no right to call anyone corrupt since he himself was accused of making money by selling party tickets during the 2009 general elections.

“Chiranjeevi cannot criticise YS Jagan Mohan Reddy since he does not have that stature. He is doing so because he is jealous of the people’s support for Jagan. By discrediting Jagan he hopes to become the chief minister with Congress support,” they alleged.
