Criminal cases pending against Naidu

A few minor cases filed against Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his men were withdrawn but the criminal  cases against them are still in pending, says Nanded District Collector HV Aurgund.

When the Telugu Desam delegation was arrested in Dharmabad, the inspector requested Chandrababu to get into an AC bus to proceed to Aurangabad jail, Naidu and his supporters not only refused to board the bus but showered abuses on the police and attacked the policemen injuring seven of them.

So cases under Section 353, 323, 324, 506, 504 and 123 of the Indian Penal Code were booked against Naidu and his men.
