Chief Minister K Rosaiah is scheduled to go to New Delhi on Friday aftrenoon on a four-day trip on several state and inter-state issues including the Babli row.

 The Chief Minister is expected to meet All India Congress Committee president Sonia Gandhi on July 25 and several Central ministers in the Capital.

 Rosaiah is also scheduled to meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on July 26 to discuss several river projects being built by the neighbouring states in violation of the agreements.

 Rosaiah will take part in the National development Council meeting on July 24. The next day he will meet Congress leaders there. On the evening of July 26, Rosaiah will lead the all-party delegation to the Prime Minister on the Babli issue. The all-party team's agenda was expected to be hammered out at a meeting at the Secretariat on Friday morning.

 The all-party meet, presided over by the Chief Minister, was attended by Irrigation Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Pradesh Congress Committee former president Narsa Reddy, Kadiam Srihari, Namma Nageswar Rao and M Satyanarayana on behalf of Telugu Desam, Vinod Kumar (TRS), Praja Rajyam president K Chiranjeevi, Narayana (CPI), MLA Julakanti Rangareddy and Lok Satta president Jayaprakash Narayana
