We'll honour SC decision: Maharashtra CM

The Babli issue is pending with the Supreme Court  and  we  will abide by the Court’s decision, said Maha Chief MiniAshok Chavan Chif Minister of Maharashtra here on Saturday.

The  Maharashtra chief  minister met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi separately on Saturday and discuss with them the Babli issue.

Referring to the Telugu Desam leaders who are under police custody in Maharashtra he said the police will take care of them. They will go as per the  law.

''As far as we are concerned, we won't allow any one to Babli or any other ongoing project in Maharashtra,'' he stated.

The TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu is only trying to make  the Babli issue a political one for his selfish ends,  he added.
