Governor drops plan to visit Anantapur

Governor Esl Narasimhan  cancelled his proposed tour to  Ananatapur district on Friday,  says a Raj Bhavan press release without specifying the reasons for the cancellation.

The  Governor was planning to visit Puttaparti during this tour of  Anantapur. According to  sources, the Governor is likely to visit the district in May.

The  Governor wanted to meet common people, listen to their grievances and like to solve their problems. He has already visited   Adilabad district and was planning to tour Anantapur. The  Governor  intends  to visit the  interior areas of the state.
