About  the  report to be submitted to  the Srikrishna Panel,  Moily said the Congress Party is seeking another date extension from Justice Sri Krishna Committee to receive submissions and representations  on the Telangana issue. In fact, the party is yet to prepare its report on Telangana to submit the same to the Committee. The Committee has allowed the parties time up to April 10,  as a deadline to submit memoranda.

Referring to the recent communal  violence in the Old City he ruled out the hand of  a faction of Congress in the attacks. The leaders should be  careful  while  making   comments on  such sensitive issues, the  Minister  noted.

In future we cannot tolerate them and action will be taken against them. The leaders have to inform the PCC if there are  any such doubts instead of making such allegations against colleagues".  PCC president  Srinivas added that the disciplined party men could not make such allegations.
