India has activated its Air Defence System and its radars are on high vigil to thwart any aggression from Pakistan. Yesterday, after IAF carried out major strikes at terror camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Balakot town of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, the country’s Army Spokesperson warned India to wait for a surprise response.

India has also cancelled all commercial flights in many areas such as Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Chandigarh and Amritsar as a preventive measure.  The situation between India and Pakistan continues to be tense as world community as appealed to exercise “restrain”.
