Chiru's double action in single 420 case.

It was few months ago that a petition was registered on Praja Rajyam chief Chiranjeevi in Karimnagar district for cheating Telangana people. Petition alleged that Chiranjeevi had fought the Assembly elections under ‘Samajika Telangana’ agenda and secured the votes of Telangana people but now changed his stand for ‘United Andhra’ thus cheating the separate Telangana agitation.  

Yesterday, again the similar case was registered in Ibrahimpatnam court by villager named Cheguma Reddy from Arutla. Ibrahimpatnam police have registered the case as per the directions of the fourth metropolitan magistrate at the Ibrahimpatnam court.

Mr Kanakaiah, sub inspector said that a case under section 420 of the IPC was registered in the name of Chiranjeevi as per the court directions and investigation is on.
