Hyderabad , Feb 6: Accusing Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily of bias towards  Telangana, the  Congress leaders of the region urged the High Command to free Moily of the chairmanship of nine-member coordination panel, which was constituted on Friday.The Congress leaders who met at the residence of Congress Working Committee member Keshava Rao here on Saturday, urged the High Command to appoint PCC president D Srinivas as the chairman of the committee in place of Moily and  name Chief Minister K Rosaiah as the vice-chairman of the panel.

Speaking on the occasion, former minister Damodar Reddy accused Rosaiah of showing discrimination between Telangana and Seemandhra while  discussing the T-issue with senior Congress leaders in Delhi.The Telangana Congress leaders also discussed the newly appointed Justice Sri Krishna Committee. They called for a time-frame on the resolution of the Telangana issue.
