A petition was filed in the High Court challenging the election of K Taraka Rama Rao, Sirsilla MLA and son of Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao, here on Friday.

K K Mahender Reddy filed the writ petition in the High Court challenging the election of K Taraka Rama Rao to the Sirsilla Assembly constituency.
After taking up the petition, the court served notices on the Sirsilla MLA.
