Osmania JAC has done it. If Parliamentary Democracy violates my basic Fundamental Rights, Judiciary shall come to the rescue. As Chief Minister and other cabinets in Andhra Pradesh have opposed the convening of “Vidyarthi Garjana’ tomorrow, Osmania students have approached High Court seeking their right to conduct peaceful meetings on an issue of social importance.

High Court bench under Justice Nagarjuna Reddy has granted them a conditional permission to convene the meeting. As per the High Court conditions, meeting should be held between 4 to 6 PM; none of the political parties or their leaders or cabinet ministers should be invited or attended to the meet except students and lawyers and there should be no public processions in the city before or after the meet.

So, it is an interesting move as Osmania JAC’s “Vidyarthi Garjana” is to roar as High Court admitted and Judiciary has even issued the immediate orders to Commissioner to look into their preparations.
