The Delhi High Court has granted interim protection to Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon against the misuse of her personality rights. The court has restrained several unknown individuals from creating or sharing AI generated images, videos and audio that misuse her identity, including morphed and sexually explicit content.Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav passed the order on October 29 while hearing Kriti Sanon's lawsuit over the alleged violation of her privacy and publicity rights. The court directed online platforms to remove the objectionable material, observing that such content misuses the commercial value of her identity and also affects her dignity.Kriti's legal team told the court that several people were using her name, photographs, voice and likeness without permission. The alleged misuse included fake appearance bookings, merchandise sales, AI chatbots, synthetic voice models and pornographic deepfakes. Some accounts on YouTube, Facebook, X and Pinterest were also reportedly sharing morphed and AI generated images of the actress.The court also stopped an online seller from selling merchandise using Kriti's identity and personal photographs. However, the order does not restrict genuine news reports, reviews, criticism, satire, parody or fan expressions. Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Captain. N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday termed the State budget for 2016-17, presented by Finance Minister Eatala Rajender, as highly disappointing for almost all the sections of the society in the State. He alleged that the TRS Government was trying to mortgage people of Telangana to fulfill its poll promises.\r\nStating that by presenting this budget the State Government has thrown people of Telangana into a &lsquo;debt trap&rsquo;, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that even flagship schemes of the State Government were debt-based and no proper funds were allocated for those in planned budget. Taking a dig at the double bedroom houses scheme of the TRS Government he said, &ldquo;As per government\'s estimates, construction of one lakh 2BHK houses in Hyderabad would cost nearly Rs 7,500 crores and in rural areas it would cost Rs 5,000 crores. However, the state government did not allot a single rupee in the planned estimate, he lamented.\r\nRaising severe objection over the policy adopted by government towards farmers, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that government has not allotted funds to completely waive off remaining dues. He said it was strange that the State Government was not willing to waive off remaining dues of crop loan waiver scheme while boasting of having a heavy budget of Rs. 1.30 lakh crore.\r\nMoreover, for each scheme of the government, which was part of poll promises, State Government has no money to allocate and instead it wanted to borrow from central agencies like NABARD and others, said Uttam. He said, &ldquo;By saying that money would be borrowed from central agencies for delivering the poll promises, it would be like throwing the State into a debt trap and mortgaging the people of Telangana.&rdquo;\r\nHe said, &ldquo;The people of the state have given this government a mandate for five years and it is throwing Telangana into a debt trap for next 20 years. People must think over this seriously and question the government.&rdquo;\r\nSpeaking on the other poll promises and schemes of the government, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the budget speech did not mention anything about the 12 per cent reservations promised to the Muslims and Tribals in the State. He alleged that State Government had also disappointed Dalits in the state by not allocating anything for the 3 acre land scheme for Dalit families. He said, &ldquo;Population of Dalits in the state is over 16%. Out of approximately 60 lakhs population of Dalits, only 2,000 families were given 3 acres land so far.\r\nUttam Kumar Reddy said the TRS Government was hesitant to adopt a realistic approach. \"We clearly pointed out last year that Rs. 1.15 lakh budget was not realistic. Consequently, the government was forced to revise the budget estimates and in today\'s budget speech the Finance Minister admitted that the budget for 2015-16 has been revised to Rs. 1 lakh crore. Cut by over 15% in the annual budget is a matter of shame,\" he said.\r\nHe also raised doubts over the transparency in functioning of the government and said that there were severe irregularities in conducting tender auctions for Palamuru-Rangareddy lift irrigation project and other projects in the state. He said, &ldquo;Tender auction was not conducted fairly and only few companies participated and benefited in getting the tenders.&rdquo;\r\nReplying to a query he said that State Government including Speaker S. Madhusudan Chary, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and other members in the Assembly had been behaving disgustfully with the opposition leaders.

He blended commercial and entertainment masala elements in his own style. Though there are experienced actress like Urvashi, even her presence couldn't take the film to next level. To the top of it, Yogi Babu's comedy looked irrelevant and out of sync and impacted the narration.The narration starts with the mysterious elements in the temples and the pace is slow and steady. Only after Nayanthara starts to unravel the mystery, the screenplay picks up pace. After the fight between good and evil, the story ends on a predictable note. Sneha and Khushboo made special appearances and feature in a high octane doing ahead of the heavily used VFX climax.Hip Hop Tamizha's music didn't add any value to the proceedings. His elevated the scenes to some extent with impactful background score but most of the time it turned out to be loud.The re-recording highlighted the mood of the film's genre. But these things could have been shown in the more impactful manner.Sasidhar Munnangi the loses plot in the last three episodes diluting the intensity levels. Had these scenes designed in &nbsp;an interesting manner, things would have been different. The more subplots as the investigation progresses resulted in the decrease of interest leves as it resulted in confusion all over. It turned out to be a mixed bag with few scenes getting dragged unnecessarily and some scenes ending rather abruptly.Many murder mysteries came with such plot and very few of them are engaging. Rudravanam PS also fails to engage. The first four episodes though interesting are dragged showing the restlessness in the police force and the story do not head anywhere. The entire story is narrated in the last two episodes and the &nbsp;motive of the culprit is shown in the last episode and this is little interesting. However, even that pales due to the weak motive.Ashkar Ali with his cinematography showed the rural village atmosphere in the natural and realistic manner. However Madhav's editing should have been &nbsp;more sharper as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The end of the first half sets the stage for the second half. Couple of twists in the second half turnout to be ok but many scenes in the second half turned repetitive and routine. There are many illogical scenes and also the climax scenes looks out of snyc.Ashirvad &amp; Suman Jeeva's background score followed the same template. Right from the start he did not deviate from the main plot. He established the premise in the starting scene itself and from then on he takes the thrills and scares to the next level with each passing episode. He narrated the story in episode manner to avoid confusion. While the start is racy, the narration pace dips a bit during the college scenes. The college happenings &nbsp;are shown in a natural way though it did not add much value to the proceedings.The screenplay turns racy once the protagonist experiences the scary happenings. The interval bang is well placed and sets the tone for the second half.The second half leads to unraveling of the mystery with the flashback episodes. Some of the scenes however turned tiresome but the director managed to make an overall impact. The director depended on the sound design which is of high standard to scare viewers with jump scares. But at times, they turned repetitive, robbing them off the more powerful and impactful experience.The cinematography of Dinesh Diwakaran created a realistic atmosphere and increased the eerie feel with his camera angles and color combinations. The background score of Venky GG elevated the proceedings to the next level.Avinash's editing could have been better. His editing had the feel of KGF and Salaar. All the actors performed well and with the director Kirtan Nandagouda coming up with an interesting story. He with his &nbsp;screenplay turned the film into a watchable one despite few predictable and routine, repetitive proceedings. A little finetuning of the script, no efforts would have added more firepower.Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 2.5 for 418.

Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has congratulated Finance Minister Eatala Rajender for presentation of Telangana's third budget for the year 2016-17 in Assembly on Monday.KCR said Rs. 1.30 lakh crore budget was pro-poor and it would give a major boost to welfare of different sections of the society. He said huge allocations have been made for Irrigation and Welfare sections. He alleged that only Rs. 9,000 crore used to get allocated for Telangana under Plan Expenditure during united Andhra Pradesh regime. However, the TRS Government has allocated over Rs. 67,000 under Plan for State's development.
