What happens, if Jagan replaces Roshaiah?

Destiny can never be changed. It was all as per the will of god that happens in this world. A survey conduct ed by the Outlook magazine revealed that 43 per cent of the people in Hyderabad feel that Telangana row would not have flared up had the Congress high command named Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy as the Chief Minister following the death of his father Y.S. Rajashekhar Reddy.

Can Roshaiah, now be declared as a failure Chief Minister? Central High Command still believes in this age old politician and staying with hopes until this Political crisis clears up.
