AP Assembly Rocked on Fee Reibursement

The issue of fee reimbursement to students had   created a ruckus in the AP Legislative Assembly on Friday with the ruling TDP and opposition Ysrcp members engaged in a heated argument during question hour.

Raising the issue,  the Ysrcp member Anil  accused the TDP government of harassing the students in the name of Aadhar cards in connection with fee reimbursement. While demanding  to know whether the students belonging to AP in Telangana would also be included for fee reimbursement, he leveled serious charges against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. This provoked the TDP members who vehemently protested and soon there was a wordy dual between both sides.

Minister for Social Welfare,  Ravela Kishore Babu asserted that the TDP government was committed with regard to  fee reimbursement. He provoked the Ysrcp members by alleging that the state had suffered immensely during the erstwhile YSR regime. The people are wondering when Jaganmohan Reddy would be sent to jail, he quipped.

This engulfed the House into a ruckus with the protesting Ysrcp members storming on to the podium and demanding  not only an apology from the minister,  but also expunction of  his uncalled for remarks from the records. The situation was brought under control after the Speaker pacified the agitated members and assured that he would do the needful after going through the records.
