&ldquo;It is unbecoming of a Chief Minster for N Chandrababu Naidu to pass irresponsible remarks like the main opposition has inexperienced persons who have no grasp on the budget while in reality Naidu was only trying to shield his inefficiency in keeping up his poll promises by not providing enough funds in the budget to cater to the needs of loan waiver and other core issues,&rdquo; Party general secretary Dharmana Prasada Rao told reporters here on Thursday.
In a parliamentary democracy it is the main opposition party that speaks on behalf of the people and the Chief Minister stating that YSCP members are not aware of the budget is derogatory. &ldquo;We have the right to question and our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has posed very pointed questions which have no answers from the treasury benches resulting in Chandarababu Naidu taking refuge in irrelevant and irresponsible talk.
When people voted TDP to power believing that you would waive agriculture and DWACRA loans and if a provision for such waiver is not reflected in the budget it is the right of the Opposition Party to catch the government by the scurf of its neck and question.
Instead of answering the questions, if the Chief Minister opts to pass remarks that the people in the opposition are not aware of the budget, it is raw escapism,&rdquo; he said adding that the same strategy was applied during the debate on the motion of thanks to the Governor&rsquo;s address.
Describing the state budget as jugglery of figures which has no proper basis, he said, it has no aim or any goal. The mention of grant-in-aid of Rs 28,000 crores from the Centre must be imaginary as such an assurance was not reflected in the Union Budget which was recently passed. No state has so far received such a huge amount as grant-in-aid and the figure is only to deceive the people and is eyewash.
&ldquo;While Chandrababu Naidu has time and again said that we need Rs 4 lakh core for building a new capital there is no mention of it and the TDP leaders are divided lot on this and many other issues and have been issuing contradictory statements. While some say that the State economy is rosy others say it is in dire straits.
Either way, farmers, women, youth and other sections are still waiting for the poll promises to be fulfilled and the obnoxious fact is that there is no provision in budget to meet such expenditure.
With such loopholes, Chandrababu Naidu is trying to take cover by passing remarks on the main opposition party and calling it inexperienced. Our leader has the right to question the government which should reply earnestly instead of dodging the questions, he said.

Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao on Thursday claimed that the TRS Government was moving on the right path to ensure the fast pace development and growth of Telangana State.
Speaking to media persons in the Legislative Council premises here, Harish Rao said that the concept of Intensive Household Survey and its success due to the voluntary participation of people would help the TRS Government achieve its goal of "Bangaru Telangana". He said all citizens of Telangana would get benefitted from the survey as the government would design schemes based on the specific requirement for each section of the society. He said all apprehensions raised by the opposition parties on the survey proved baseless.
With regard to the Singapore and Malaysia tour of K Chandrasekhar Rao, Harish Rao hoped that the Chief Minister would get good investments for the Telangana during his visit. Director Ramana Reddy Soma got the optimum output from the cast and crew, and Hari Munnangi, Sasidhar Kocharlakota, and Manoj came up with spirited performances.The story is simple, but Ramana Reddy, with his screenplay, turned the film into an entertaining one blending humour, emotions, and Deccani dialogues in an effective way. However, predictability crept in with the passage of time, and the unidimensional screenplay hampered the proceedings. The rushed climax did not add much value to the ending. A little fine-tuning of the script and inclusion of a few more twists and turns would have added more power to the final impact. Shiva Nirvana came up with a story to connect chords with the viewers with father-daughter sentiment, raising of children, and blended well with the commercial and devotional elements. The first half sails off smoothly with the typical introduction of the protagonist in a commercial mass manner and carries it in the same manner. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. The song placement, however, could have been better.Vishnu Sharma, with his cinematography, turned the scenes into visually appealing manner. He showed the scenes in a natural and realistic way. The screenplay turned out to be decent, and the direction is to the point.The music for Pawan CH is attractive and appealing. The songs are situational and are shot well. While one song is emotional, the other two songs are foot-tapping. His background music is in sync with the story. Vinod Bangari's cinematography is quite good. He showed the rural atmosphere in Telangana in a natural and realistic manner. Srujan Adusumilli's editing could have been far better as there are many repetitive scenes that dragged the pace of the narration. Dialogues are natural and hard-hitting. He takes the viewers into the story at the start itself but from then on failed to drive home the point in a convincing manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. Many expected things to change after Vishal who was seen as a honest and innocent medical representive gets trageted. But nothing of that sorts happen and the entry of other Vishal character is expected to change the proceedings at least in the second half. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. The climax fight looked silly and illogical leaving all shocked. The story is outdated and screenplay and direction didnot inspire any confidence.GV. Prakash Kumar's music offered nothing new. Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee chief spokesperson and MLC Rudraraju Padmaraju on Thursday described the Andhra Pradesh Budget 2014-15 presented by Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu as 'directionless'.
Speaking to media persons in the Congress Legislature Party office here, Rudraraju said that the AP Government has failed to allocate sufficient funds for the priority sectors. He said that the budget lacked clarity on the State's development. Further, due to lack of vision by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, several Congress schemes were presented with new names.
Rurdraraju said that the government has not clarified its strategy to deal with waiver of farm loans or the new capital for the residuary State.
