Centre should delay the decision; TG

State Minister Tg Venkatesh has said that they had urged the Centre to delay the decision on Telangana.

“There may not be any decision till elections and bifurcation may not be a hundred per cent reality,’ he said here. If we are to go for division on problems every district will ask for a division, he said adding that there may be exodus from Congress if a decision is taken immediately.

Tg Venkatesh ran into controversy for his remarks that the bifurcation is close on hands after his first Delhi trip. He went on record saying, we could not impress the high command that sentiments were strong in Seemandhra as well.

However, he took some time and reconstructed his version saying that they have asked the centre to take some more time. This clearly shows that he had some feedback from Delhi.
