Government Chief Whip Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy has dubbed the 100-days of Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu's padayatra as a flop show.

Addressing a press conference at the Congress Legislature Party office here on Thursday, the Chief Whip said that Naidu's padayatra was like a flop film being in theatres without audience only to touch the target of 100 days. He said like a flop film, Naidu's "Vastunna Mee Kosam" was being sponsored by some financiers.

Venkata Ramana Reddy said that instead of launching a pylon to mark the 100-days of padayatra, Naidu should have left good memories of his nine-year rule as the Chief Minister. He said all sections, especially farmers, suffered during the TDP's rule and Naidu's government even resorted to police firing when people protested against the hike in power tariff.

The Chief Whip alleged that the Naidu was experiencing nightmares due to the success of Congress Governments in the State and he has been leveling baseless allegations against the ruling party and its leaders.
