Telugu Desam Party deputy floor leader Gali Muddukrishnamma Naidu on Wednesday asked Chief Minsiter N Kiran Kumar Reddy to clarify his stand on the corruption of former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

Addressing a press conference at the NTR Trust Bhavan, Muddukrishnamma Naidu quoted the Chief Minster's interview given to a vernacular daily wherein he expressed doubts over YSR's corruption. He said that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, in its report on land allotment, has clearly pointed out the irregularities done during the YRS's regime. Further, he said that the Central Bureau of Investigation has made Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as the prime accused.

Muddukrishnamma Naidu said that there should be no room for suspicion about YSR and Jagan's corrupt practices when two agencies have clearly named them for irregularities. He said both YSR and Jagan could not be separated with regard to the corrupt practices they indulged in. He demanded that the Chief Minister make it clear as to whether YSR was corrupt or not.

The TDP leader also alleged that former Advisor to YSR, KV Ramachandra Rao, was setting up a 5,000 MW power plant. He alleged that KVP also owns five villas in Emaar Township.  Asking KVP to explain his sources of revenue, he alleged that KVP played a key role in YSR and Jagan's corruption.
