CM flags off relief material to flood-affected areas

Hyderabad, Oct 13 :Taking a leaf from the Non Government Organizations and  the Telugu Desam Party cadre who mobilized funds for the flood  affected   victims,the  Congress workers in Zaheerabad constituency  of Medak mobilized truck loads of relief material for  the flood victims  in the  state.The mini trucks carrying the relief  material to the flood victims in the districts was flagged offon Tuesday by Chief Minster K Rosaiah at the Secretariat.

Rosaiah  who  was back in the  capital after a three-day tour of flood affected areas in the state appreciated the  good  work  done  by  the party workers in Zaheerabad.The CM also lauded the efforts of NGOs in the flood  affected areas.State Information and Tourism Minister J Geeta Reddy,was also present  on the  occasion.
