Who is stopping progress in Viveka murder case

Viveka Murger case: Back to square one. During the last few days Vivekananda Reddy's brutal murder case came to the spotlight once again as AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu has been talking about it for the last few days. Still no one knows who murdered Vivekananda Reddy on 16 March 2019 and suspense is still prevailing.

Though numerous investigation agencies entered and probed the case and even the case investigation had been shifted from AP and TS, one couldn't solve the case. Though the case is highly political one, the case did not come to logical conclusion. AP CM Chandra Babu for long has been using the case raking up whenever required for political gains.

When he was in opposition, Chandra Babu claimed that YCP leaders cheated him and he should have arrested him long-time back but they started heart attack dramas. He said the same during the election campaigning. Now, people are wondering why Chandra Babu is once again singing the old song. Chandra Babu promised during the last elections that if he comes to power, he ensures that YS. Vivekananda Reddy's daughter get justice opening the old case.

But till now Chandra Babu's government even after one year in power is unable to do anything. The case is currently under Central Investigation Agencies and TDP is supporting NDA govt in the Centre and also got key posts in the central cabinet. People are left wondering why there is no progress in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case.

Some say, the case is not moving ahead as former CM Jagan shares good relationship with the Centre. Chandra Babu by talking about the case is trying to dilute Jagan's credibility. But it has to be seen whether CM Chandra Babu can draw political mileage out of it or will it backfire on him.
